Helpful Healthy Hints:

Don’t skip breakfast (the body needs fuel for its active state).
Eat slowly, and chew your food completely (you’ll fill up faster, and eat less).
Eat smaller portions, more frequently 3-4 times a day (allows blood glucose level to be more stable throughout the course of the day).
Reduce fat intake to 20% of total calories consumed (99% of fat consumed is converted to body fat).
Substitute fatty snacks with fresh fruit (simple sugars in fruit are used as an immediate source of energy).
Increase your total fiber intake (whole grain breads and cereals, beans, fruits & vegetables).
Monitor your body fat content, not so much your scale weight (muscle weighs more than fat and burns more calories).
Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day (may assist in flushing out toxins, and replace essential fluids).
Exercise regularly (resistance training to keep body toned, aerobic conditioning to burn fat).
Don’t eat before sleeping (the body will be going into a less active state, making it easier to store calories as fat).

Directions:

Take 2 capsules at mealtime with 8 ounces of water. (It is not necessary to take Bindasol ahead of time.) It’s okay to take additional capsules with extremely fattening meals.

Note: It is recommended that any fat soluble vitamins, drugs, and supplements be taken 2 hours before or after ingesting Bindasol.

Drink At Least 8 Glasses of Water Daily
