Ingredients:
Chinese Kirin Red Ginseng, Fo-ti, Gotu Kola, Siberian Eleuthero, Damiana, Cultivated American Ginseng, Licorice, Prickly Ash berry, Peppermint, Ginger, Cayenne

Dose:
Take 15-30 drops mid-morning, mid- afternoon, or other times as a pick-me-up.

Contraindications:
Not in pregnancy.

Side effects:
May cause insomnia
