45 Minute Use:
On the day, FORTY-FIVE MINUTES PRIOR to the time you desire to be clean, chew the entire tablet with 32 ounces of water on an empty stomach. DO NOT EAT or DRINK juice for twelve (12) hours prior to consuming Tablet. Desired results can be obtained up to 4 hours from completing QCLEAN tablet.
