This product should be used together with a healthy lifestyle, exercise and diet program.

A liquid supplement containing bovine collagen – a fibrous protein. Designed to be taken just before going to bed, the amino acids in Downsize are utilized to help rebuild connective tissue.

Each Tablespoon (15ml) Contains 4 Grams of Readily Available Natural Amino Acids Hydrolyzed from Bovine Collagen Protein

Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Hydroxylysine, Hydroxyproline, Isoleucine, Leycine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tyrosine, Valine.

Helpful Healthy Hints:

Don’t skip breakfast.
Eat slowly, and chew your food completely (you’ll fill up faster, and eat less).
Eat smaller portions, more frequently 3-4 times a day.
Reduce fat intake to 20% of total calories consumed.
Substitute fatty snacks with fresh fruit.
Increase your total fiber intake.
Monitor your body fat content, not so much your scale weight.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Exercise regularly.
Don’t eat before sleeping.

Directions:

Drink one tablespoon of DownSize in a 6 oz glass of water at bedtime on an empty stomach. Your last meal should be at least 3 hours before taking DownSize. It is recommended you stay on the program for a minimum of 3 months. But results can occur in the first week or month.

Proprietary Blend of: Collagen, Glycerin, Citric Acid, Choline Bitartrate, Aloe Vera Concentrate (leaves), Inositol, Para Amino Benzoic Acid.
