Directions:
Mix 2 rounded scoops (65 g or 1/2 cup) of Hot Stuff with 12 oz of water (or beverage of your choice) as a dietary supplement. Best when consumed between meals or within one hour after exercise. Suggested Dosage: For maximum results, take two 65 g servings daily. (This will yield 80 g of protein.) Protect from heat, light and moisture. Store at 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F).
