Directions:
For adults, take one (1) capsule two times daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with youe health care providers.

Other Ingredients:
Gelatin, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Does Not Contain:
Gluten, yeast, wheat, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5mg per serving), Non-GMO, suitable for Vegans.
