We ship to Canada USPS International Priority which takes about 5-7 business days to arrive to Canada. Please choose "USPS to Canada" as the shipping method. If your order is not urgent, or if time is not a constraint, you might want to choose "UPS Standard to Canada" as the shipping method. Please note however, that in some regions in Canada it might take up to two weeks for the package to arrive. Also, please note that USPS, FedEx, and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada.
In addition, UPS and FedEx have their own brokerage fees (usually higher than USPS) which you have to pay at the time of delivery.

Currently we ship orders domestically and internationally via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please note that UPS and FedEx charges are much higher than USPS.
What does "Shipping & Handling" include?
Shipping & handling includes the packaging materials, labor cost, and postage to get your order out to you.
Approximately, how long does it take to receive a UPS Ground package within the United States?

What is the cheapest International shipping method?
USPS Airmail Parcel post would be the cheapest method. In general USPS is less expensive than UPS and FedEx. If your order is large and you chose "Airmail Parcel Post" as your shipping method, it will be upgraded automatically to Global Express at no extra charge, so you can have a tracking number.
What about shipping to Military FPO and APO?
For Military APOs and FPOs stationed overseas, please choose a USPS domestic option like Priority Mail, or Express Mail. You will be charged shipping and handling fees as if the order is shipped domestically (within the US). If you choose UPS or FedEx as the shipping method, then your order will be charged international shipping fees. In addition, since FedEx and UPS are private companies, you will have to pay brokerage fees and customs (usually higher than USPS) at the time of delivery.
Returns and Exchange
At HBees, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We do offer a thirty-day money-back guarantee on certain products. Please check below for products that cannot be returned for refund. If you purchased an item that can be returned and you would like to return it for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. We will gladly
refund the full purchase price or credit your account toward the purchase of another product of your
choice, excluding shipping charges and handling fees, and less 20% restocking fee.
Please note that returned items must be in original condition.

Please check below first to make sure that the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. If it can, then you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, in its original unopened condition.
If you refuse delivery of your package, we will NOT process any refunds. You MUST request a return authorization number to be able to return your package for a refund.
Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number. Refunds CANNOT be processed without a return authorization number. Packages sent for refund without a return authorization number will be refused and not processed. Please make sure to wrap and pack each item carefully so they are not damaged in transit.
To assure proper processing of your refund or credit for returned products, please refer to the order number and write the reason for your return on the original packing slip. For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post with tracking numbers to insure package arrival.
Please make sure to write the RA# (Return Authorization number) on the outside of the box. Refunds CANNOT be processed without a return authorization number. Packages sent for refund without a return authorization number will be refused and not processed .
The following items may NOT be returned and will not be processed for refunds or exchange:
Closeouts and discontinued items, fitness gears and equipments, clothes, household products, food products, energy bars, videos, CDs, books, detox products, Cosmetics and beauty products, fragrances and candles, and As Seen on TV products. All other products must be returned in original unopened conditions, requesting a return authorization number first.
Under US Government regulations, food items are not returnable.
