How Often Should I Take LiveYoung Oral HGH?
Take one to three tablets daily for the first month. For the second and third months, take one to three tablets daily for five days a week. For the fourth month, stop taking LiveYoung, then repeat the three-month cycle again. LiveYoung should be taken only by adults over the age of 18, preferably by those of approximately 30 years of age or older (the period of life during which natural HGH levels begin to decrease).
Suggested Use:
Take 1 tablet daily after rising for the first week. Take one tablet after rising and one tablet between 3-5 pm daily for the second week. Take one tablet after rising, one tablet between 3-5 pm and one before bed daily for the third and fourth week. Second and Third Month Take 1-3 tablets daily for five days each week. Fourth Month Discontinue use for the fourth month, then repeat the three month cycle again as needed.
