Suggested Use:
As a fiber supplement, adults and children 12 years of age and over:
Mix one tablespoon in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice or water twice a day. Refrigerate after opening to extend freshness and potency. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

Note: Although this product does not swell like most other fibers, taking any fiber product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
