Suggested Use:
Add 1 tablespoonful to a cup of hot or cold water and enjoy as a refreshing tea, once or twice daily. The response can be very rapid, in as little as fifteen minutes for some, but consistent use in declining amounts over a one month period is recommended for best results.
The taste is pleasant for adults and children when properly diluted in water. You may add stevia or honey for sweetening, if you like.
Children's dosages should be reduced according to age, such as: 3-6 years old - 1 tsp. once or twice a day; 6-12 years old - 2 tsp. once or twice a day; 12 and older - 1 tablespoon - once or twice a day, the same as is recommended for adults.
