This product is intended to be taken on the day you desire to be clean. Do not eat, or drink juice or caffeinated products for 12 hours prior to consuming tablets.
ONE HOUR PRIOR to the time you desire to be clean, take 4 tablets with a 12 ounce glass of water on an empty stomach.
Twenty minutes later take 3 tablets with 12 ounces of water.
Wait another 20 minutes and take the remaining 3 tablets with 12 ounces of water.
If you weigh over 180 lbs. you may wish to drink 16 ounces of water every 20 minutes instead.
Desired results can be obtained up to 4 hours from the time you have completely taken Quick Tabs.
Urinate as often as possible, this is an important step in the cleansing process.
Drink plenty of water several days prior to your Quick Flush. Don't drink additional water after completing product.
Avoid all unwanted toxins for 24-48 hours prior to the time you desire to be clean. (The longer the better!)
