What is Vitamin O?

Vitamin O is a special supplemental oxygen taken in liquid form and produced through electrical-activation with a saline solution from the ocean.

How much should I take?

Most people use anywhere between 10 drops to 30 drops 3 times a day. You can start at 10 drops 3 times a day and if you are not seeing results at that dose, then increase it until you see or feel a difference.

When should I take Vitamin O?

Vitamin O should be taken on an empty stomach. (1/2 hour before eating or 1 hour after eating.)

What is a good maintenance dosage for Vitamin O if I am not taking it for any specific problem?

15 drops 3 times a day. Or many of us just take a good squirt under the tongue 3 times a day.

Suggested dosage:

10-15 drops of Vitamin O and gradually build up to 30 drops or 1 good squirt, 2 to 3 times daily or more often as required. Should be taken away from food. For best results, place Vitamin O under the tongue (full strength) for a short time, then swallow.

Available size: 2 oz and 4 oz drops, and 2 oz spray.
